In December 2013, Geoffrey undertook an internship in Shanghai, China, at an international structural engineering firm. This position allowed him to gain experience in the understanding of structural engineering. While there, he performed structural analysis and designed concrete and steel structural elements for residential and high-rise buildings.
Geoffrey now handles a wide range of claims from professional negligence to public liability and contract works matters. He is involved in dealing with a broad spectrum of Construction & Engineering claims ranging from civil infrastructure projects including water damage, soil stabilisation issues to geothermal power stations.
In his time at FTA, Geoffrey has used his strong analytical skills and engineering background to understand and apply the analysis required for interpretation of policy wordings in often complex circumstances.
